- Gillian Kingston Review added: 2018.08.01★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We had a pleasant stay. Staff attentive and polite. Unfortunately a water leak in the room above got us up early! Clothes got wet. Hopefully staff will be able to sort this promptly.

The great hall is impressive with large stone fireplace complete with heraldry, beautiful chandeliers, wooden labelling and walls with old portraits dating back to Elizabethan era.
